Snake Hill

This ancient Native American site captivates with its monumental serpent wall, an awe-inspiring structure stretching 150 yards long, 8 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. 

Equally striking is a towering sun effigy 16 feet high and 8 feet wide, its radiant form a testament to the spiritual reverence for the Great Spirit held by its creators, likely from the Woodland Period.

The site is further enriched by numerous rock mound burials, additional serpent walls, and intricate rock art, each element whispering stories of a vibrant culture that thrived here centuries ago.
