To date, he has discovered over 40 sites, from Canada to Virginia, and is the author of two highly respected books on Native Americans. A sought-after speaker at archaeological conventions globally, Maasaw also currently shares his expertise at Shepherd University by teaching a Life-long Learning course covering American Indian Burial Practices.
